Raised in a French household, David has always been a foodie, but at the ripe age of 14 he learned of the fate of our planet and the plight of animals with a food system dependent on industrial farming. As a result, he decided to take animals off his plate and has never looked back.

Since then he has dedicated his life and career to spreading the most scrumptious plant-based foods that satisfy even the most discerning of palates as an entrepreneur, investor and advisor to dozens of game changing companies. With foods like those made by Plantcraft, he envisions a food system that makes everyone feel like they’re in a Willy Wonka-style plant-based utopia.
