We use antioxidant rich garlic and onions to add a savoury aroma and flavour to our pâtés and slices.
Another wonderful ingredient of ours is grapeseed oil which is the byproduct of wine making and is a healthy alternative to vegetable oil. It is one of the most versatile oils, used in the kitchen and as a natural beauty product. It is high in Omega-6 fatty acids and vitamin E.
The mighty green banana is a staple component in all of our recipes. This magical ingredient has so many benefits, it's hard to list them all! Green banana helps increase nutrient absorption, improves digestion, lowers blood pressure, boosts the metabolism and regulates blood sugar levels.
Most herbs and spices provide vitamins and minerals and have many health benefits. We use seasonings to elevate our deli products with the perfect blend of flavours.
One of our main ingredients is linseed flour. Our products are full of good fats because linseed is packed with Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
