2 small zucchinis, spiralized
1 chub Plantcraft pepperoni, cubed
1 cup pasta sauce
2 tsp oil
cherry tomatoes to garnish
- Crisp up the pepperoni cubes in a small amount of very hot oil, then remove pepperoni from pan
- Add in the spiralized zucchini and toss it around to warm it up, for 1-2 minutes. Keep it al dente, don’t cook it.
- Top it with your favourite pasta sauce, add the pepperoni and a few cherry tomatoes.
