Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of flaky puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 chubs of Plantcraft pâté
  • Vegan shredded cheese
  • Plant-based milk for brushing

Instructions

Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the pastry sheet on the baking paper. Using a sharp knife, starting from the centre, cut each side downwards to the corners of the sheet to form a triangle. Lay the extra puff pastry aside. Poke the pâté chub with a knife and squeeze and spread the pâté onto the sheet.

Sprinkle with vegan shredded cheese and cover it with the excess pastry. Cut 3/4 inch wide strips to create the tree branches and twist each branch 3-4 times. Brush with plant-based milk and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Enjoy!
