Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 chubs of Plantcraft pâté
  • Vegan shredded cheese
  • Plant-based milk for brushing

Instructions

Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). While waiting for the oven to preheat, cut the pastry sheet into 4 equal size squares. On the squares create three light vertical creases to divide each square into thirds. Carefully poke the pâté chub with a knife, squeeze and spread the pâté in the middle of the sheets and sprinkle with vegan shredded cheese.

Once the toppings are added, cut thin strips on the outer thirds of the pastry then fold them over each other (in a mummified fashion) leaving some space for the eyes. Brush your mummies with plant-based milk and bake for about 20 minutes. For the mummies’ eyes, you can use green peas, corn, or edible eyes to make them even cuter.

Boo! Enjoy!
