- 1 chub Plantcraft pepperoni
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Peel the pepperoni chub and slice into small cubes
- Heat oil in a skillet, and fry cubes until slightly brown and crispy. Shake regularly.
- Transfer to a bowl on a layer of paper towel and dry off excess oil
- Sprinkle on your favourite salads, thick soups, pasta dishes, Mexican foods.
