Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1-2 chubs of Plantcraft pâté
  • Shredded vegan cheese
  • Plant-based milk for brushing

Instructions

Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cut one of the corners of each sheet so you get a round shape (think of a quarter slice of a circle). Place two of the sheets on parchment paper next to each other so that the sheets form a half-circle.

Poke the pâté chub with a knife and squeeze and spread the pâté onto the sheets. Sprinkle with vegan shredded cheese and cover it with the other two pastry sheets.

Use the leftover pastry to form the body and the head of the turkey.

Cut 3/4 inch wide strips with a sharp knife along the back half-circle, and twist each strip 3-4 times carefully. Brush with plant-based milk and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Enjoy! Gobble, gobble!
